Episode 7: Why Too Much Control Will Lead to Weight Gain - PART 1

Are you all or nothing when it comes to your relationship with food and your weight?

Most women have the goal of wanting more control (and staying there!).

It’s a broken strategy that will lead to weight GAIN not weight LOSS.

It’s a paradox, the more you try to be in control with your eating, you will end up gaining more and more weight.  When you think about it, if this strategy worked then you wouldn’t be here.

You wouldn’t have needed surgery in the first place because the first diet you ever went on would have worked. You’d still be in control feeling virtuous and would not be listening to this podcast.

I’m going to save you so much suffering if you can get your head around this one.
