If you don’t have what you want in life, you are not in the habit being that person that gets what they want.
It got me thinking.
We really are in the habit of either being our V1.0 (disempowered, pre-surgery selves) or we are in the habit of being our V2.0 (empowered self, being our best version).
Everything is a habit….
Our eating is a habit (V1.0 or V2.0 eating habits)
Our thoughts are a habit (V1.0 or V2.0 thoughts)
Our choices are a habit (V1.0 or V2.0 choices)
