What is the WLS Habits: Habit Change Membership?

WLS Habits: Habit Change Membership is created and lead by Registered Psychologist, Georgie Beames, who has worked exclusively with weight loss surgery patients since 2016.

Georgie worked in a WLS clinic for 5 years, and understands the key areas where women sabotage their surgery success.

Georgie has created a 6 month program, for WLS patients to install new V2.0 beliefs about themselves and the outcomes that they want from their WLS, and to create and embed their new V2.0 habits to help make their WLS a success. At only $29//month, it’s a very affordable way to work with Georgie and get a taste of what’s possible for you.

The program involves a 6 month commitment, with a new monthly theme that is tailored for WLS patients to support them in getting a great outcome from their surgery. This is so that we can go deep by focusing on 1 new habit each month, to really embed it. There are 6 themes where we deep dive into to create new V2.0 healthy habits.

Firstly, we use a daily hypnosis, which was created and recorded by Psychologist, Georgie Beames who is a certified Hypnotherapist. . She draws upon her thousands and thousands of hours, working with WLS patients (pre and post WLS) on the habits required to make your WLS a success. Each month, you will create daily habits to reprogram your subconscious mind for success.

This all happens via an app on your phone (IOS & Android supported) and a closed Facebook community of wonderful women, just like you who are wanting to do this deeper work to shift their beliefs and create new habits.

You will receive a new hypnosis every month that you will keep for life and can listen to at anytime. The monthly hypnosis has been created and recorded by Georgie Beames, a Registered Psychologist who works exclusively with WLS patients.

The hypnosis will be focussed on creating and embedding a new, V2.0 healthy habits, to support you in stepping into the person that you desire to be.

You will also have your WLS Secrets: Habit Change Membership App.

Each day, there is a check in function on the app, for you to embed your daily habit. Consistency is key to any positive change.

There are also tools in the app to help you manage your cravings, so you feel like you are empowered in the moment and step into your V2.0 self.

You will have access to a Closed Facebook Community, where we will share our #wins, #accountability and connect with like minded women, who just like you, want more from life and are on the path to change.

You have your own app where all of the processes live. Each day you will complete your daily V2.0 habit hypnosis (approx 15 mins per day). You can listen to the hypnosis at night before bed, so that it’s not ‘another’ thing on the list.
