Episode 51: WLS Communities - Yay or Nay?

I get a little ranty in this episode, as I am seeing some big issues with certain posts in some WLS communities.   I talk about this a lot with my clients because it can be very triggering!

First of all, I think overall communities offer a great sense of support, connection, encouragement.  They bring like minded people together and a sense of understanding and the feeling that you’re not alone  – which is so incredibly important.

However, when there aren’t strict boundaries around posts – it can become a bit of a free for all and some of these types of posts may lead you to take a step back on your own path and lead to sabotage.

Listen to find out more about what to look out for and what to avoid.
