Episode 4: Identify Your Sabotage Eating Triggers

We need to firstly conduct an audit to see where you are at with your emotional eating. Awareness is step 1 and we need to uncover your eating patterns and why you are turning to the food.

For most women it’s boredom, stress eating or comfort eating (which we will get to later).

Whether you are aware of it at a conscious level or not, there is a
trigger that is occurring that is taking you straight to the food. It might be happening on automatic pilot for you and you have no awareness of what’s happening prior – but there is always something happening to trigger your eating.

It’s important that we identify your trigger eating times so that you can respond rather than react. This will help take you off automatic pilot with your emotional eating.
