A group coaching program

You already know what to eat. That was never the problem.

The snacking at night. The food noise that starts the moment the house goes still. The eating that has nothing to do with hunger. It was never about willpower, and it never will be. It's a pattern, and patterns can change.

If this sounds familiar

You've got everything else handled. This is the one thing that won't budge.

You're capable. You hold a lot of people together, and you get things done. And still, most evenings, you find yourself back at the pantry when you're not even hungry, not quite able to say why.

It was never about willpower. You've got plenty of that, everywhere else.

The eating is doing a job. It takes the edge off a day that asked a lot of you, and it's been doing it so long that it feels like simply who you are. It isn't. It's a pattern your system learned a long time ago, for good reasons, and nobody ever told it the danger had passed. Once you can see the pattern, you can start to change it.

Coaching, not therapy

What we actually do together

This is coaching. It's education and self-development, built on the same psychological framework I've used with women, only women, for fifteen years. We don't spend our time on what to eat. You already know that part. We go to the why.

In a group, alongside other women who understand exactly what you're describing, you'll learn to catch the pattern in the moment, to settle your system with tapping and simple nervous-system tools, and to meet the hard part of the day without food having to carry it. Not through force. Through understanding what's actually going on, and having something to do about it.

Add your program details here. Drop in the confirmed structure once you're ready: how long it runs, how often you meet, what's included. Keep it to what's true and confirmed, no invented inclusions.

Individual experiences, shared with permission. Everyone's different, and everyone starts somewhere.

★★★★★
The volume turned down

I feel less stressed around food now, as if the volume has been decreased. The program has helped to turn down the food noise, and I feel more in control around food, which is freeing.

Calm at night

I can do this. There's definitely been a shift in my eating at night. I feel calmer and more relaxed, and I'm not looking for food after dinner unless I'm actually hungry.

A hard week

This week I was proud of myself for not turning to food when I was tired and stressed with sick kids. Usually I would have straight away. This time I said, it's ok, you don't have to turn to food.

Catching the pattern

I notice my unconscious behaviours so much faster now, which gives me a chance to redirect. I was gentle with myself for my stuff ups, and I haven't lost focus on the big picture.

Identity shift

I'm actually an exerciser now, not someone who exercises sometimes. I'm a walker. I walk habitually. I'm a regular at Pilates, the teacher knows me and my name. I never thought that would happen.

The pull eased

I'm not enjoying sweet things as much as I used to. I feel noticeably less driven when I've eaten mindfully, and I can feel anxious now without reaching for food as comfort the way I always did.

One was enough

When I treated it like an experiment I had more curiosity and willpower... I had a portion and that was it. I never do this!!

Registered Psychologist & Coach

Hi, I'm Georgie

For fifteen years I've worked with women, only women, on their relationship with food. Not a weekend course, not a sideline. This, all day, every day.

What I've learned in that time is simple to say and hard to hear: for most women, the eating was never the real problem. It's the messenger. This program is the coaching version of the work I do, made to learn alongside other women, at a fraction of what one-to-one costs. Same framework. A room full of women who get it.

The next step is a conversation, not a commitment

We'll talk through what's actually going on for you. I'll tell you honestly whether this program is the right fit, and if it isn't, I'll point you to what is. No pressure, and no pitch you have to sit through.
