A group coaching program

You already know what to eat. That was never the problem.

The snacking at night. The food noise that starts the moment the house goes still. The eating that has nothing to do with hunger. It was never about willpower, and it never will be. It's a pattern, and patterns can change.

If this sounds familiar

You've got everything else handled. This is the one thing that won't budge.

You're capable. You hold a lot of people together, and you get things done. And still, most evenings, you find yourself back at the pantry when you're not even hungry, not quite able to say why.

It was never about willpower. You've got plenty of that, everywhere else.

The eating is doing a job. It takes the edge off a day that asked a lot of you, and it's been doing it so long that it feels like simply who you are. It isn't. It's a pattern your system learned a long time ago, for good reasons, and nobody ever told it the danger had passed. Once you can see the pattern, you can start to change it.

Why this program

Why this works when the plans didn't

You've probably done the plans. The clean eating, the tracking, the rules that hold right up until they don't. They all share the same blind spot: they work on what you eat, and never once touch why you reach for it.

That's why the change never stuck. Not because you weren't trying. Because the eating was never the actual problem. It was the signal.

This program goes to the part underneath, the pattern that sends you to the pantry in the first place, and works with that. When that shifts, the eating starts to change on its own, and it's the kind of change that tends to hold, because you're no longer white-knuckling it into place.

Coaching, not therapy

What we actually do together

This is coaching. It's education and self-development, built on the same psychological framework I've used with women, only women, for fifteen years. We don't spend our time on what to eat. You already know that part. We go to the why.

In a group, alongside other women who understand exactly what you're describing, you'll learn to catch the pattern in the moment, to settle your system with tapping and simple nervous-system tools, and to meet the hard part of the day without food having to carry it. Not through force. Through understanding what's actually going on, and having something to do about it.

What's included

  • Twelve weeks, guided the whole way through, so the change has time to settle instead of being a quick hit that fades.
  • Weekly live group calls with me, where we do the real work together and you get your questions answered.
  • Brain-rewiring and nervous-system tools you can use in the moment, to settle your system and build more natural control, so the pull to eat loses its grip.
  • An interactive app that holds the tools and walks you through them step by step, so the support is with you between calls, not just videos to watch.

The app

It all lives in one app you'll actually use

The daily audios, the check-in that spots your patterns, and the tools, all in one place and right there when the moment hits.

The app's first 30 days screen, a calendar of daily audios

Your first 30 days, one short audio a day.

The app's nervous system ladder: safe, anxious, freeze

Notice which state you're in, in the moment.

The app's twenty-second check-in tool

A twenty-second check-in that shows you your patterns.

The honest bit

Who this is for, and who it isn't

This is for you if

  • You're capable and on top of most things, and food is the one area that won't fall into line.
  • The snacking, grazing or food noise shows up even when you're not physically hungry.
  • You've done the plans and the tracking, and you're done with quick fixes that never hold.
  • You're ready to look at what's driving the eating, not just manage it on the surface.
  • You'd rather do this alongside other women who get it than white-knuckle it on your own.

This isn't for you if

  • You want a meal plan, a diet, or a set of rules to follow. That isn't what this is.
  • You want to be told what to eat. You already know that part, it was never the problem.
  • You're not ready to look underneath the eating yet. That's completely ok, timing is everything.
  • What you need right now is clinical treatment or crisis support. This is coaching, not therapy, and it isn't a substitute for clinical care. Please start with your GP so you get the right support first.

What's changing for the women doing this work

Individual experiences, shared with permission. Everyone's different, and everyone starts somewhere.

★★★★★
The volume turned down

I feel less stressed around food now, as if the volume has been decreased. The program has helped to turn down the food noise, and I feel more in control around food, which is freeing.

Rebecca
★★★★★
Calm at night

I can do this. There's definitely been a shift in my eating at night. I feel calmer and more relaxed, and I'm not looking for food after dinner unless I'm actually hungry.

Renee
★★★★★
A hard week

This week I was proud of myself for not turning to food when I was tired and stressed with sick kids. Usually I would have straight away. This time I said, it's ok, you don't have to turn to food.

Catching the pattern

I notice my unconscious behaviours so much faster now, which gives me a chance to redirect. I was gentle with myself for my stuff ups, and I haven't lost focus on the big picture.

Leah
★★★★★
Identity shift

I'm actually an exerciser now, not someone who exercises sometimes. I'm a walker. I walk habitually. I'm a regular at Pilates, the teacher knows me and my name. I never thought that would happen.

Nicole
★★★★★
The pull eased

I'm not enjoying sweet things as much as I used to. I feel noticeably less driven when I've eaten mindfully, and I can feel anxious now without reaching for food as comfort the way I always did.

One was enough

When I treated it like an experiment I had more curiosity and willpower... I had a portion and that was it. I never do this!!

Why Georgie

Hi, I'm Georgie

I'm a registered psychologist and eating coach, and for fifteen years I've worked with women, only women, on their relationship with food. Not a weekend certification, not a sideline to something else. This, all day, every day.

Most people in this space work on the food. I work on the why underneath it, because that's where the change actually lives, and it's the part almost no plan ever touches. This program is the coaching version of my one-to-one work: the same framework, shaped to learn alongside other women, at a fraction of what one-to-one costs.

The next step is a conversation, not a commitment

We'll talk through what's actually going on for you. I'll tell you honestly whether this program is the right fit, and if it isn't, I'll point you to what is. No pressure, and no pitch you have to sit through.
