I feel less stressed around food now, as if the volume has been decreased. The program has helped to turn down the food noise, and I feel more in control around food, which is freeing.
A group coaching program
The snacking at night. The food noise that starts the moment the house goes still. The eating that has nothing to do with hunger. It was never about willpower, and it never will be. It's a pattern, and patterns can change.

You've got everything else handled. This is the one thing that won't budge.
You're capable. You hold a lot of people together, and you get things done. And still, most evenings, you find yourself back at the pantry when you're not even hungry, not quite able to say why.
It was never about willpower. You've got plenty of that, everywhere else.
The eating is doing a job. It takes the edge off a day that asked a lot of you, and it's been doing it so long that it feels like simply who you are. It isn't. It's a pattern your system learned a long time ago, for good reasons, and nobody ever told it the danger had passed. Once you can see the pattern, you can start to change it.
Why this program
You've probably done the plans. The clean eating, the tracking, the rules that hold right up until they don't. They all share the same blind spot: they work on what you eat, and never once touch why you reach for it.
That's why the change never stuck. Not because you weren't trying. Because the eating was never the actual problem. It was the signal.
This program goes to the part underneath, the pattern that sends you to the pantry in the first place, and works with that. When that shifts, the eating starts to change on its own, and it's the kind of change that tends to hold, because you're no longer white-knuckling it into place.
This is coaching. It's education and self-development, built on the same psychological framework I've used with women, only women, for fifteen years. We don't spend our time on what to eat. You already know that part. We go to the why.
In a group, alongside other women who understand exactly what you're describing, you'll learn to catch the pattern in the moment, to settle your system with tapping and simple nervous-system tools, and to meet the hard part of the day without food having to carry it. Not through force. Through understanding what's actually going on, and having something to do about it.
What's included
The app
The daily audios, the check-in that spots your patterns, and the tools, all in one place and right there when the moment hits.

Your first 30 days, one short audio a day.

Notice which state you're in, in the moment.

A twenty-second check-in that shows you your patterns.
The honest bit
Individual experiences, shared with permission. Everyone's different, and everyone starts somewhere.

I can do this. There's definitely been a shift in my eating at night. I feel calmer and more relaxed, and I'm not looking for food after dinner unless I'm actually hungry.
This week I was proud of myself for not turning to food when I was tired and stressed with sick kids. Usually I would have straight away. This time I said, it's ok, you don't have to turn to food.
I notice my unconscious behaviours so much faster now, which gives me a chance to redirect. I was gentle with myself for my stuff ups, and I haven't lost focus on the big picture.
I'm actually an exerciser now, not someone who exercises sometimes. I'm a walker. I walk habitually. I'm a regular at Pilates, the teacher knows me and my name. I never thought that would happen.
I'm not enjoying sweet things as much as I used to. I feel noticeably less driven when I've eaten mindfully, and I can feel anxious now without reaching for food as comfort the way I always did.
When I treated it like an experiment I had more curiosity and willpower... I had a portion and that was it. I never do this!!

Why Georgie
I'm a registered psychologist and eating coach, and for fifteen years I've worked with women, only women, on their relationship with food. Not a weekend certification, not a sideline to something else. This, all day, every day.
Most people in this space work on the food. I work on the why underneath it, because that's where the change actually lives, and it's the part almost no plan ever touches. This program is the coaching version of my one-to-one work: the same framework, shaped to learn alongside other women, at a fraction of what one-to-one costs.
We'll talk through what's actually going on for you. I'll tell you honestly whether this program is the right fit, and if it isn't, I'll point you to what is. No pressure, and no pitch you have to sit through.
